These conditions of sale are concluded from a
share by the company SLJ GROUP with a share capital of €1000 whose head office is located at 72 Rue des Thermes, 95880 Enghien-les-bains, registered with the Registry
of the Commercial Court of Pontoise under the SIRET number: 85283704600014 hereinafter referred to as "SLJ
GROUP" and managing the site https://www.oseclore.com and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the site
internet https://www.oseclore.com hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".

T&C's

Article 1: object

These conditions of sale are intended to
define the contractual relationship between SLJ GROUP and the buyer and the conditions applicable to
any purchase made through the website https://www.oseclore.com. Acquisition
of a product through this site implies unconditional acceptance
by the purchaser of the present conditions of sale of which the purchaser recognizes
to have read before ordering. Before any transaction,
the buyer declares on the one hand that the purchase of products on the site https://www.oseclore.com
is not directly related to his professional activity and is limited to a
strictly personal use and on the other hand have the full capacity
legal, allowing him to commit under these conditions
general sales.

SLJ GROUP retains the possibility
to modify at any time these conditions of sale, in order to respect any
new regulations or in order to improve the use of its site.
Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the
order by the buyer.

Article 2. Products

The products offered are those listed
on the SLJ GROUP website https://www.oseclore.com within the limits of the
stock available. SLJ GROUP reserves the right to modify at any time
time the assortment of products. Each product is presented on the site
internet in the form of a description summarizing its main characteristics
techniques (use, composition of materials, size, price, etc.). The
photographs are as faithful as possible but in no way commit the
SLJ GROUP company. The sale of the products presented on the site https://www.oseclore.com
is intended for all buyers residing in countries that allow
full entry into their territory of these products.

Article 3. Rates

- Selling price: The prices
appearing on the product sheets of the internet catalog of the site www.oseclore.com
are prices in Euros (€) all taxes included (TTC) taking into account the VAT
applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may
be passed on to the price of the products. SLJ GROUP reserves the right to
right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price
appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
The prices indicated include delivery costs, which will therefore not be charged
in addition to the price of the products purchased according to the total amount of the
ordered.

- Tariff changes : All orders, regardless of their
origin, are payable in euros (€). SLJ GROUP reserves the right to modify its prices at
any time.

Article 4. Order and terms of payment

The buyer when he wishes
place an order on the site www.oseclore.com, will go to his basket once
the selected product(s). He must fill in his email address correctly.

the fraudulent debit and any bank charges that the operation may have
generate, the cardholder must contest, in writing, the direct debit
with his bank, within 70 days of the transaction, or even 120 days if
the contract binding him to the latter provides for this. The amounts withdrawn are
reimbursed by the bank within a maximum period of one month after receipt of the
written objection filed by the bearer. No cost of returning
sums cannot be charged to the holder.

The confirmation of an order entails
acceptance of these conditions of sale, acknowledgment of having

purchase conditions. All data provided and confirmation

Article 5. Retention of title

The retention of title clause suspends the
immediate transfer of ownership from seller to buyer. Nevertheless, this
derogation does not call into question the firm and definitive nature of the sale
intervened when there is agreement of the parties on the thing and on the price

It is agreed that the seller remains
owner of the goods sold as long as the purchaser has not paid the
total amount provided for in this contract. It follows that in case of non-payment,
the seller may at any time demand the return of his goods.

On the other hand, if these goods are
damaged lost or stolen, the buyer will be fully responsible for the
consequences of this disaster. He is required to take out insurance
will guarantee the payment of the indemnity directly to the seller.

 

Article 6. Right of withdrawal, returns and exchanges

Under article L121-20 of the Code of
consumption, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days to
from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal
and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without
penalty, with the exception of the cost of return.

The SLJ GROUP company authorizes returns for reimbursement during the 30 days following the date of purchase (date of purchase on invoice). The customer must print and duly complete the return form available on the website and include it in the package with the products to be returned to our after-sales service at the following address: After-Sales Service Oséclore - La Turbine, 32 Boulevard du port 95000 Cergy. Returned products must not have been worn or washed and must be returned in their original packaging.
Note that if the buyer returns the item without its original packaging, SLJ GROUP reserves the right not to proceed with the refund.

Returned products cannot give rise to
only to a refund, the customer cannot request the return of another
product in exchange. If the customer wishes another product instead of the one

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Article 7. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated by
the buyer at the time of the order who can only be in the agreed geographical area. The
orders are fulfilled by the Amazon FBA shipping service, service
delivery with tracking, delivery without signature. Please provide an address

incomplete will be reshipped at the buyer's expense. The deadlines for

Article 8. Warranty

All products supplied by the SLJ company
GROUP benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and
following of the Civil Code. In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may
be returned to SLJ GROUP, which will take it back and reimburse it. All
complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made
by post to the following address: SAV Oséclore - 32 Boulevard du port, 95000 Cergy, in
thirty days after delivery.

Article 9. Liability

The company SLJ GROUP in the process of distance selling, is bound only by an obligation of means. Its responsibility cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, interruption of service, or
other unintended problems.

If we do not deliver the products or if the products we deliver are not
not what you ordered, are damaged or defective, or if the
delivery is of incorrect quantity, our only obligation will be, according to your
choice of:

- rectify any lack, any missing or incorrect delivery;

SLJ GROUP undertakes to preserve the
